GATES – It’s billed as a family-fun event for all ages.
The Gates County Community Events Group has put together an Easter Egg Hunt/Vendor Event planned for Saturday, April 8 at Easons Crossroads Ballpark, located at 38 Medical Center Road.
Vendors will be set up from 9 am until 3 pm for your shopping and eating pleasure. Several groups will have games for the kids to play and enjoy with prizes while supplies last.
The Easter Egg Hunt will take place at 12 noon with over 4,000 eggs waiting to be discovered. There are plenty of empty Easter baskets for the kids.
As of Monday, March 27, the following vendors have committed to the event: Scentsy, Tupperware, Mama Fox Crafts, Orgami Owl, My Red Door Decor, Art By Tammy Lassiter, Girl Scouts, Pampered Chef, Made By Em, Its My Turn, Mayhem Meadow, The Teal Doxy, Weichert Realtor, Meri-lin, Linda’s Jams & Jellies, Color Street, Berry Personalized Care, Meade Tax Service, Mary Kay Cosmetics, Taras Country Creations, Cool Spring Baptist Church, The Way Church, and Gates County Sheriff’s Office.
Food vendors are Tempting Treats & Gifts, LLC, We Grill It, The Sweet Shop, Love, Community & Fellowship, and Wanda’s Kreations, LLC.
Additionally, the event will feature a “Cruise-In” for those wishing to show off their car, truck or motorcycle.
