GATESVILLE – The Gates County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s assistance with information that may lead to the arrest of a wanted person.

Sheriff Ray Campbell said his department is actively searching for Patrick Anthony Burke of Gates County. Burke has multiple outstanding warrants for felony trafficking in stolen identities, two misdemeanor counts of communicating threats, a misdemeanor violation of a domestic protective order, and one misdemeanor count of domestic criminal trespass.

Campbell said that Burke is considered to be armed and dangerous and should not be approached. Those with information of Burke’s whereabouts or information that may lead to his capture are encouraged to contact the Gates County Sheriff’s Office at (252)-357-0210.
