GATESVILLE – The Gates County Historical Society will host a meeting at 3 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 21 in the 1836 Courthouse.

The program, which is open to the public, will feature the history of Gates County Schools project, presented by Helen Pierce Eure and Linda Hofler. The project features information on all schools throughout the history of the county, including documents and artifacts from many schools.

All interested in any or all of the schools are encouraged to attend.
