Gates County Schools will introduce a new student information system, NCSIS powered by Infinite Campus, starting with the 2024-25 school year.

This new system will replace the legacy system, PowerSchool, and serve as a one-stop-shop for grades, attendance, assignments, and other crucial school information.

The new NCSIS offers enhanced features to help monitor your child’s educational progress, providing a mobile-friendly experience that makes it easier to access information on the go. It includes various tools for tracking student progress, streamlining administrative tasks, and facilitating communication with parents.

Through Campus Parent and Campus Student, the Infinite Campus web portals and mobile apps, parents/guardians and students will have real-time access to grades, attendance, assignments, schedules and various forms of communication to include voice, text, and email.

As with any transition, questions and challenges are expected. Gates County’s District Data Staff will be available to assist throughout the transition. It is essential for parents/guardians to update their students’ demographic information on the Online Registration System (OLR) once it is activated. More information will be provided soon.
