EURE, NC – Ricky Eugene Lee, 61, of Highway 137, died Sunday, February 5, 2023 in Sentara Obici Hospital, Suffolk, VA.

Ricky was born in Hertford County on October 3, 1961. Formerly employed with Lipton Tea in Suffolk, he was a member of Eure Baptist Church.

Preceded in death by his father, Morton Eugene Lee; he is survived by his mother and her husband, Rachel and Terry Allen of Gatesville; his special friend and companion, Cheryl Landon; and many friends and extended family members.

A graveside memorial service will be held Wednesday, February 8 at 1:00 p.m. in Cool Spring Baptist Church Cemetery and will be conducted by the Rev Eric Bass. Friends may visit with the family in the social hall immediately following the service, or all other times at Rachel and Terry’s home, 48 US 158 Business West, Gatesville.
